Its a good quality book made to educate and satisfy any questions about sketching and forming presentations. It seems to bleed into your subconscious enabling you to be more confident with your own techniques and further developing them.
A must have for aspiting design engineers

This book is not a set of tutorials. It is much more important than that because of the way the key principles of effective design communication are demonstrated. You will find yourself thinking about your designs in a completely different way and actually focusing on the areas that need improving to produce the results displayed throughout this book. Buy it and practice, practice, practice.

A university professor recommended it to me because the book shows how to draw almost any product explaining all steps: from materials to finishing techniques.
The truth is I have not had much time to practice with the book, but it is certainly the best I've seen on this issue.

I gave currently just finished my first year at uni and i found this book to help me so much in terms of innovation. When given a less appealing project brief i find this book helped me massively to boost my ideas when it comes to getting to work down on paper. By this i dont mean by copying designs, i mean the way other designers in the book actually design and sketch themselves.
